This is a personalized deep-dive into your body's patterns — digestion, stress, energy, and nervous system — and how they're connected to what you're experiencing right now. You'll leave with clarity, a felt sense of regulation, and a few personalized shifts you can begin right away.

This session is especially supportive if you're exhausted but can't fully rest, overwhelmed and stuck in stress cycles, disconnected from your body's signals, or frustrated that what you're doing should be working — but isn't. No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga required — just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body.

This session also serves as the entry point for the 1:1 Stress & Body Reset Package.

Group Body Mapping Session (75 minutes)

A live guided experience to help you understand your stress patterns, digestion, energy, and daily rhythms through the lens of nervous system awareness and embodied healing.

Together we explore where your body may be holding stress, the patterns contributing to fatigue, overwhelm, or digestive disruption, and the rhythms that support steadiness, clarity, and restoration.

Each session includes guided reflection, teaching, and practical rhythm-based support you can begin integrating into daily life.

Held on the third Wednesday of each month via Google Meet. Intentionally limited to 10 participants. Replay available for 7 days.

This gentle yoga class is designed for those living with depression and anxiety, offering a supportive space to move, breathe, and simply be. The practice invites deep listening and compassion, reminding us that depression is not who we are—it is something we experience. Beneath heavy moods and constricting thoughts, your true nature remains whole. Through slow, mindful movement and rest, we gradually soften what feels tight and reconnect with steadiness, ease, and inner care.
