This is a personalized deep-dive into your body's patterns — digestion, stress, energy, and nervous system — and how they're connected to what you're experiencing right now. You'll leave with clarity, a felt sense of regulation, and a few personalized shifts you can begin right away.

This session is especially supportive if you're exhausted but can't fully rest, overwhelmed and stuck in stress cycles, disconnected from your body's signals, or frustrated that what you're doing should be working — but isn't. No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga required — just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body.

This session also serves as the entry point for the 1:1 Body Alchemy.

Spring/Fall Rhythm Reset Cleanse A 7-Day Group Cleanse — twice a year

The Seasonal Reset is a 7-day group cleanse designed to help you transition with the season instead of pushing through it. We work with food, rhythm, and nervous system reset to clear what's been accumulating — physically, mentally, and energetically — so you move into the next season feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself.

This isn't a deprivation cleanse. It's a return to rhythm.

Includes live group calls, guided materials, and a private community to move through the week together.

The practice invites deep listening and compassion, reminding us that depression is not who we are—it is something we experience. Beneath heavy moods and constricting thoughts, your true nature remains whole. Through slow, mindful movement and rest, we gradually soften what feels tight and reconnect with steadiness, ease, and inner care.
