The Spring Reset is a guided group experience rooted in Ayurvedic rhythms and simple daily practices that help the body settle, digest, and restore balance.
During the reset you’ll move through the reset alongside other women who are also creating space to reconnect with their body’s rhythm.
Ayurveda Body Rhythm Mapping Session (90 minutes)
This is a personalized, 1:1 experience designed to help you understand your body in a deeper, more meaningful way.
In this session, we map your patterns—digestion, stress, energy, and nervous system—and connect them to what you’re experiencing in your body. From there, I tailor recommendations to gently shift those patterns through guided practice, rest-based movement, and integration.
This is not about following more rules. It’s about learning how your body communicates—and how to respond in a way that supports healing.
You’ll leave with:

This gentle yoga class is designed for those living with depression and anxiety, offering a supportive space to move, breathe, and simply be. The practice invites deep listening and compassion, reminding us that depression is not who we are—it is something we experience. Beneath heavy moods and constricting thoughts, your true nature remains whole. Through slow, mindful movement and rest, we gradually soften what feels tight and reconnect with steadiness, ease, and inner care.
