Live Longer. Feel Better.
Helping women feel good in their bodies again with simple routines for stress, digestion, sleep, and energy.
You've done the things. You sleep when you can. You try to eat well. You've probably tried therapy, supplements, or a reset that felt promising for about two weeks. And you still wake up heavy. Your digestion is unpredictable. Your energy runs out before the day does.
You're not falling apart — you're functioning. But you're running on fumes, and you've been doing it long enough that it's started to feel like just who you are.
It's not. What you're experiencing isn't a discipline problem. It's what happens when a body has been in survival mode for too long — when the nervous system never gets the signal that it's actually safe to rest. I work with women to find what's driving the depletion and rebuild from there. Not with another protocol to manage. With rhythm.
Does This Sound Like You?
You can't fully relax — even when nothing is wrong.
You worry constantly, replay conversations, and brace for the next thing.
Your digestion is something you work around: the bloating, the sluggishness, the sensitivity to foods that never used to bother you.
You push your feelings down because there's no time to feel them.
You wake up at 3am with your mind already running, and lie there until the alarm goes off.
You're not even sure what you want anymore — let alone how to ask for it.
And no matter how much you know better, you keep making choices that work against you.
That's not a willpower problem. That's a nervous system problem.
What Becomes Possible
Imagine waking up and actually feeling rested.
Knowing exactly how to calm your body when anxiety spikes — and having tools that genuinely work.
Your digestion quieting. Not solved in a day, but no longer something you brace for.
Moving through hard emotions instead of carrying them for years.
Getting clear on what you need and feeling safe enough to say it.
Making choices that finally feel aligned with the life you want.
This is what's possible when your body learns it's supported and safe.

Begin Here: A Gentle Reset for Your Nervous System
Your body already knows how to rest. It just needs permission.
If you feel tired, wired, or just off — this is where you begin.
This free 12-minute Yoga Nidra was designed for the woman whose nervous system has been running on high for too long. You don't need to do more. You don't need to figure anything out. You just need to lie down.
When your nervous system is overwhelmed, even the things that are supposed to help — eating well, doing yoga, getting enough sleep — can start to feel like too much. This short guided practice helps your body begin to settle, so you can feel more at ease, more clear, and more connected again.
This is what Live Longer. Feel Better. feels like in your body — one breath at a time.
How It Works
Most approaches to burnout and stress give you more things to do. More supplements. More tracking. More habits to maintain. This is different.
The Body Rhythm Method works in three phases — and it starts with listening, not adding.
PHASE ONE — UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERN
Before we change anything, we understand what's actually happening. Using Ayurvedic assessment and a close look at your stress history, sleep, digestion, and energy cycles, we build a clear picture of how your nervous system has been responding — and where your body's natural recovery is being interrupted. Most women leave this phase with a sense of recognition they've been searching for: this is why nothing has worked.
PHASE TWO — RESTORE YOUR RHYTHM
This is where we rebuild — not by adding more, but by removing friction. Using Ayurvedic practices, yoga therapy, and nervous system tools, we establish simple morning and evening anchors that begin signaling safety to a body that has been braced for a long time. We address digestion directly, because the gut and the nervous system are in constant conversation, and calming one helps calm the other. The practices here are small enough to actually do. That's not a compromise — it's the design.
PHASE THREE — BUILD SOMETHING THAT HOLDS
The final phase is integration — not willpower. We look at what's working, deepen what's resonating, and identify the practices that have become genuinely yours. You leave this phase with a rhythm you can feel, and a body you're starting to trust again.
ABOUT ME
You've been holding it together for a long time.
The stress, the sleepless nights, the sense that your body is working against you. What you may not realize is that these patterns — in your body, your mind, your nervous system — were once how you kept yourself safe.
But what protected you then is keeping you from what you truly want now.
I'm Chelsea — Ayurveda health counselor, yoga therapist, and burnout recovery coach. I work with women who have carried a lot for a long time, helping them recognize the patterns that have been quietly running the show, regulate their nervous system, and return to ease in their own bodies.
My approach weaves Ayurveda and yoga therapy with somatic experience, movement, breathwork, and emotional processing — modern healing, ancient roots — so that recovery isn't something that happens to you, but something that unfolds through you.
Rhythm over rules. One breath at a time.
Live Longer. Feel Better.
You don't have to keep figuring this out alone.
If you've read this far, something here is probably resonating — maybe it's the 3am wake-up, or the digestion you've been quietly managing for years, or the particular exhaustion of holding everything together for everyone else.
The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call. It's a real conversation — not a sales pitch. We'll talk about what's happening in your body, what you've already tried, and whether this work is the right fit for where you are.
No pressure. No commitment. Just a place to start.
