I'm Chelsea — teacher, guide, and fellow traveler on this path. I work with women who have carried the weight of trauma and abuse, helping them recognize the patterns that have been quietly running the show, regulate their nervous system, and return to safety in their own bodies.

My approach weaves Ayurveda and yoga therapy with somatic experience, movement, breathwork, and emotional and spiritual processing — modern healing, ancient roots — so that healing isn't something that happens to you, but something that unfolds through you.
