ABOUT ME

Past trauma(s) stay in the body impacting how we show up for ourselves. Based on our past traumatic experiences we develop patterns in the body, mind, and soul to keep ourselves safe. But those patterns no longer serve us in the present. And those ingrained patterns don't bring us what we are truly wanting…love, freedom, joy. 

I am a teacher and guide to women who have endured trauma and abuse.  I help rewire trauma response by recognizing patterns, regulating the nervous system, and moving the body.  I hold space for women and the spectrum of their experiences. 

My teaching style weaves the tools of Ayurveda and yoga creating freedom and safety in the body through vinyasa, dance, restorative yoga, somatic experience, and emotional and spiritual processing.
